Khaled's primary focus is to provide business consulting services including forecasts and projections, bank financing, budget and cash flow analysis, internal control analysis. His areas of expertise are applied to many industries including construction, hotels, restaurants, automotive, wholesale, retail and professional practices. He is knowledgeable and experienced in consulting services with respect to partnership and shareholder agreements and has firsthand experience in developing compensation formulas, benefits and policies, as well as reviewing and providing valued input in the drafting of buy-sell agreements and formulating mergers and acquisitions.
